Ingredients: 3/4 cup Ontario cream cheese; 1/4 cup Ontario butter, softened; 2 tbsp sugar; 1/2 cup strawberries, diced; 1/4 cup icing sugar

Instructions

Step
In a large bowl, add Ontario cream cheese, Ontario butter, sugar and whisk until combined.
Step
Add diced strawberries, and fold with a spatula being careful not to mash the strawberries.
Step
Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the dough to make round balls.
Step
Take cheesecake balls and roll in icing sugar and serve.
