If you already have an account and know your Username and Password, you can login by entering your Username and Password into the correct fields on the login screen and then clicking the "Enter" button.
If you experience difficulty logging in, here are some helpful tips to improve your login success:
Ensure your "Caps Lock" key is off. Your password is "case sensitive", meaning you must enter your password correctly using UPPER and lower case letters.
Don't use your web browser's "Autocomplete" features. ("Autocomplete" is a feature that remembers your Usernames and Passwords for websites, including DFOWeb, where you must login to view private information.) Although it may seem handy at the time, using the "Autocomplete" feature of your web browser does pose a security threat to your private information. Also, by using this feature you are likely to forget your Username and / or Password and then have trouble logging in should the "Autocomplete" feature fail to work or if the website should change.
Rather than using "Autocomplete", we recommend using the "Remember Me" feature on the login screen. This feature simply saves your Username (not your Password) and saves you time logging in on future visits to DFOWeb.
Your Password should always be kept somewhere secure in order to prevent any unauthorized access to your DFOWeb information.
