Toronto Raptors MilkUP Trophy Tour launched

Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO) has partnered with the Toronto Raptors basketball team to launch the MilkUP Trophy Tour, an event with eight city stops throughout Ontario to promote the MilkUP brand and sports program to consumers and the recent championship win.  
 
The tour brings the recognizable NBA trophy – the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy with the golden basketball topper – the Raptors won in June directly to young sports fans in each city. The tour will allow fans to relive the championship win and Raptors excitement.
 
The tour is free for the public. Attendees can check out the MilkUP mini basketball activations and take photos with the trophy. The anticipated media and public attendance at the tour stops will help DFO promote MilkUP.
 
People can enter a contest to win a pair of tickets to the Toronto Raptors home season opener at the Scotiabank Area in Toronto, Ont., on Oct. 22.

They can also bring proof of purchase of a milk product purchased within the last seven days of the stop for an additional contest entry.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 2: Ottawa 
  • Friday, Oct. 4: Kingston 
  • Saturday, Oct. 5: Toronto 
  • Sunday, Oct. 6: Peterborough 
  • Saturday, Oct. 12: Windsor 
  • Sunday, Oct. 13: Hamilton   
  • Saturday, Oct. 19: London 
  • Sunday, Oct. 20: Kitchener 
  • Monday, Oct. 21: Toronto
