Graham Lloyd - General Manager and CEO - email

Staff operations are headed by DFO's General Manager and are divided into four major areas: Economics and Policy, Corporate Services, Operations and Communications.

George MacNaughton - Director of Operations - email

The Operations Division is concerned with all matters that affect individual producers and milk production on the farm, as well as has responsibility for milk allocation, plant supply quotas, transportation, metering and sampling and bulk tank calibration.

Shikha Jain – Director of Planning, HR & Organizational Development - email

The Planning, HR and Organizational Development Division is primarily responsible for the strategic planning process, human resources, organization development, and the project management office.

Patrice Dubé – Director of Economics and Planning - email


The Economics and Policy Division provides technical support and economic and statistical analysis to the policy development and implementation process at the national, pool, DFO Board, and staff levels. The Economics and Policy Division is also responsible for the oversight of the Ontario Dairy Farm Accounting Project which collects data from Ontario dairy farms for the National COP.

Ryan Mills - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary  - email

DFO’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Division is responsible for DFO’s legal affairs, corporate governance, tribunal appeals, policy control, risk mitigation, government relations, and Board secretariat.
 

Director of Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Division deals with all budgeting, financial and accounting operations within DFO, as well as providing computer and information-based services to all DFO divisions.

Director of Communications

The Communications Division carries out a comprehensive communications program and assists DFO in its constant dialogue with government, producers, consumers and the media.
